Same, drill works fine with 1.5 recipes, with 1.6 the menu doesn't open or can change anything.
Hope you can update this mod, thanks in advance.

yep that is the problem the option menu is broken for some reason the drill itself works fine.

Well.. It does work for me, although I can't add new resources to it, so I only can drill the ressources I added in the game version pre 1.6

@legoholic i tried it like you with only hugslib and harmony and it doesnt work at all i get all the time a strange error

@Das Brot that may be a mod conflict. Mine works fine even with my roughly 100 mod list enabled

for some reason it doesnt work for me. i mean the drill itself works but i can not add or change any items it only uses the default drillables when i am looking in the options i cant even see the default drillables to change any working time.

This mod works in 1.6 (tested with no mods except Harmony and HugsLib running) as is.

A bit of a feature request, it would be nice for the drill to detect stone on the map and autogenerate bills for those chunks/blocks. Not sure how difficult that would be though.

I get an error basically saying "player buildable impassible that can be shot or seen above" error for planetary drill (forgot to copy paste)

The research tree can no longer scroll down so far. Dunno why. Couldnt get it to work even in vanilla. Had to manually edit the xy location to be able to research Planetary Drilling. Which is a bit of a hassle to find on steam tbh.

For the people having the negative amount when selecting a drillable using Stack XXL.

Stack XXL needs to load AFTER planetary drill if not then you get the negative ammount.
Not sure if its fixable as ot seems to be like a load order problem but it worked at least for me.
I guess it applies to higher stack mods besides Stack XXL too but i didnt test it

Anyway the best way to tackle this as a user is to edit the config file directly (add the drillable through the ingame menu and then fill the amount on the config file)

Im pretty sure it's cause by ogrestacks or any mods that increae stack size.

Checking the DLL I saw this " this._MaxYieldAmount = 848 * this._ThingDefToDrill.stackLimit;"

So the max is set at 848 x stackLimit of the thing to drill which most likely causes an overflow when it's cast back as an int when you are using large stacks.

You can either put an ectra check to use the max value of the variable if it is going overflow or reduce the 848 to something less or have the users reduce the stack size for some stuff like silver and gold.

I am not even sure if ogrestack and other stack mods use the vanilla variables for stacks or if they use variables that have higher ceiling

i think i found out what causes it to break, cause i somehow fixed it, it seems something to do with ogre stacks if the number is above a big number like 100,000 or something, otherwise it works fine if you have the number lower then that i think.

Hmm I am suddenly getting a wierd bug/issue, sure its an combatility style bug, but having troubles isolating... in the 'Drill Amounts' I am getting must be a number from 1 to -1805934592 (and even setting in the XML file to say 100 is gettting reset, to -1805934592 on next reload).

Hey, this has an annoying bug where the steel cost set in the options isn't remembered, I have to go in and change it on each load.

@Mlie it's caused by another mod but I couldn't pin down which one it was since there are more than 100 mods. I managed to bypass the problem by changing the config file and then making it read-only in the properties. This makes it so the game can't change is back to -165345whatever amount, but it also bugs out the mod option menu where I can't close planetary drill mod options if I open it in-game.
