Go into into the Teardown settings (like options for the actual game), click on the section called game, then tick allow spawn.

@James I have an i9 and a 3060 ti and it isn't laggy for me. I am however currently working on a remastered version of this which will not be laggy as I will remove all the props and unnecessary parts.
