to be honest though i forgot what the talk was properly about as only now steam sent me a notif, lol
It's currently exactly as efficient as traditional pemmican, nutrition-wise, plus the condiment. I don't see making it less nutritious per input making much sense, but maybe I'm misunderstanding your stance?
And the spreading around part was like, imagine making a go juice stock, using it for the pemmican and giving everyone one piece of pemmican
* Reduced Product to 16, down from 32.
* Reduced Mood buff to +6, down from +8.
* Reduced work to 1400, down from 2000.
I carefully relooked at the math and compared my recipe and Gourmet Pemmican to the vanilla Pemmican recipe, and believe this recipe is more inline (1.6 nutrition out for 1 nutrition in). As such, the Gourmet Pemmican has been rebalanced to "twice Pemmican", and the mood buff has been brought down just a tad to be +1 more than a fine meal.
Pemmican is a way to spread the nutrition of the ingredients out, as it is an efficient food. I think the condiment spreading out is fine, as it only stacks once per stack of food eaten. So you don't get 12xMayo hunger reduction after lunch!
Will probably drop the mood buff a bit, wanted it in between Fine and Lavish but may be too high.
for one you get multiple units of pemmican, all with the condiment. that way you can spread the condiment around for everybody, having 32 units of food with the condiment
the other thing is +8 mood is...well...
i have used a mod called "sauced meals" which does nothing but add extra meals with condiments. they only had a mood buff of 1 to each of them(so a fine meal had like 6 iirc). they already get mood boons or other buffs trough the condiments
i think this mod should make a sort of "bigger pemmican" be the result, make the mood buff smaller/remove it entirely as it is only pemmican and...well, that is it rly
Could you, please, create a mod for a gourmet Stew? I don't know who else to ask.
