R/F to tilt up down amd Q/E to rotate side to side? WASD to move around the map. Nothing with this map should change that.

Hey man, fellow Tampa resident. I love my home town and bought this game specifically with recreating the city I think we both love in mind. However, I'm not sure if this is an issue on my end or on the end of the mod, but I cannot rotate the camera at all. Any fix we can get for that?
