where can i find this in game?

What a blast! Downloaded a 4x4 truck today and was happy with it.... then I found this absolutely amazing car... Never driven a 4x4 like this. Will climb both side hills of the Purgatory map AND JUMP the top rim. I don't run over sized tires, looks right and this thing is still huge. Well don, Thumbs up and award.

I presume that with the option disabled as I suspect is the case here, the game limits the sidewall height and the tyre width to certain values with upper and lower limits placed on the sidewall depending on the width, as is essentially the case in real life.
