I have thoroughly tested the mod now myself and found the same issues.
My solution is to normalize all values to the ones of the game's assets like 2 editor, audio tool and anti virus with just a bit of variation depending on which software type it is.
The game should work more realistically and chronically now all values are re-balanced correctly in Malware & More 1.0.4
Changed value's of each software type:
Iterative 1
OptimalDevTime 25 to 30
Random 0.1
Popularity 0.5 to 0.7
ideal price 80 to 100
