Good call on the priority... thanks for posting that! I haven't played Starbound in a really long time. It might be time to start another playthrough. :)

A fine idea for a mod, though personally, I'd open up "_metadata" using, say, notepad, and add the following line to it:

"priority" : 9999,

That way, it should load after lots of other mods have, so that, for near certain, this mod's text is what would be displayed.
