Well gotta say, the timer and zr command made a massive difference, now it feels more dynamic slowly making the waves harder instead of spamming non stop.

@Stewie Griffin that would be awesome!. What's the name of the mod that replaces the normal zeds with the specials?.

@Falita Thanks for your suggestions. There's already a mutator that replaces normal zeds with special ones. I added a timer and i'm looking forward to trying to add another mode of spawning that spawns elite zeds depends on amount of zeds remaining,and perhaps let the player control amount of zeds spawn , so it'll be more adjustable

What @missing.trigger said is what i'm looking for, to add elites into the normal spawn pool or on top of it with a specific number instead of keep spamming elites with a timer, or a way to adjust the timer.

i think 30 seconds time fast. lol, my server fake 12 mod use, and wave playtime 5min

If you don't mind, you can really try to get in touch with the TI dev team for implementation to the base game, wouldn't be the first time. This sounds like a great thing to see in the base game, as long as servers can turn it off and on freely.
