Playing scotland now hardcore, and its too easy to be honest, will run a Denmark map if i lose in scotland or if i never lose.

I have uploaded an update that should fix that issue. I had the minimum winter temperature set too high.
They just go into the stable when they are very cold.
Seems like the game is not recognising that its winter.
Problem is that they cannot reproduce outside stables.

Remember that the raiders drop bronze-age weapons that your people can use. So prioritize armor technology, because raiders never drop armor.
Yes, this mod is intended to be extremely difficult. It is possible to survive, though. I can give you some suggestions if you want.
I'm assuming that your problems begin when the raiders start to reach the bronze and iron ages.
Were you playing on Normal mode or Hardcore mode?
