I checked it now, the date is set to 194, so if he is present on the map before 194 in the 190 start, then he will join you.

in 190 he maybe join in 194

just tried it but he does not join in 190. But works fine for 194

I don't know. I don't remember. Maybe he is too young in 190 start. If I set the date to 194, he might arrive in 190 start too.
