If you have any reanimation for quick nades, then this replacement won't work.

This quick grenade replacement mod for vmanip stopped working this year for me, I don't have any other quick grenade replacement mod.

First off, this only replaces the model for the vmanip quick grenades. Secondly if you have any other grenade replacers like my f1 grenade they will conflict since whichever model is at the top of the load order will be loaded and considered the model. This is exactly why you need to download this mod before the required vmanip mods. If you are putting them into your gmod mods folder, you must overwrite the contents of the quick grenades folder with the contents of this mods folder.

try unistalling both this mod and vmanip base completely, then reinstall first vmanip base then this mod.

you can also rebind normally with the command from the quick grenades addon

The folder structure of the quick flash grenade addon hasn't changed, but from now on instead of dropping this mod on top of a quick grenade folder, do it with the vmanip base folder because the viewmodel for the quick grenade addon is now in the vmanip base.

use a bind closer to like the zarya quick grenade, because the zarya quick grenade works sometimes

Dude, i think you need to make a new addon or something, like using another bind, for instance, bind h quickgrenade or just use a discord server model to get it working

It has successfully replaced the world model, but my character is still holding the original grenade

If that doesn't work check and see if you have any quick flash grenade mods, and disable them to see if that is the problem

You may or may not have already tried this, but download both this mod and the vmanip quick grenades, and plop the folders from this mod into the vmanip quick grenades, and replace when it asks. After that put the vmanip quick grenades addon into the gmod addons folder

Lets go through the checklist
1 - Did you install this before the required addons?
2 - If so and it still doesn't work did you try downloading this addon via workshop downloader, and then put it in your addons folder, in the gmod directory?
3 - If that doesn't work, make sure to not have any other vmanip grenade replacement addons
(i'd recommend checking your addons folder in the gmod directory to see if you have a copy of the vmanip quick grenades in there because if so, that is the reason why it wont replace)

It works perfectly for me, but if you could remove the red light from the vanilla grenade it would look more awesome

If you have a version of the quick grenades addon in your addons folder that would be the cause of the model not changing.

I'll check the mod tomorrow, but as of right now uninstall this mod and the quick grenades, then install this mod then quick grenades, if it still doesn't work use the steam workshop downloader website to download this mod and put it in your addons folder of your gmod directory.
