They're just pieces from the game's brick wall set (the ones that are like just one side of a doorway and the one that's just like the top of a doorway) recoloured with that one window wall placed in the gap.

43 is high enough for a car ride in my opinion. I could make it higher by including an underground part but decided not to because I usually don't like doing that in build challenges in case someone wants to place it somewhere where underground parts would be obstructed or prevent easy placement.:featherduster:
