@PapaX1: Thats intended. You need to add couple auxillary or quantum cores to even out the cpu after spawning it in. There is space for them in the interior around the core - remove the truss blocks that are there.

When I spawn this ship, my CPU is at 41%, I am on a Reforge Eden server. Not sure why this is happening.

Very good ship , with torpedo , litterallly cuting light ship in 2 part with good hit , space and ground poi are feeling like cheese , i m just struggling VS heavy zirax ship. i get holed by an imerat , in less than 2 second after my shield droped. nice work ! and beautiful workshop :)

This thing is a BEAST!, biggest CV I've taken so far is a Kamirat Battle Carrier. Had a go at some legacy ships (destroyers iirc) but their drones and a 2nd ship entering the fight made me withdraw. Opens Space Poi's like a can opener, Being stationary targets they're easier to hit strategic areas. I changed the load-out. I run Lasers, rail guns and 2 torpedo Launchers which absolutely wreck targets once their shields are disabled by the lasers. Swapped out some turrets to Laser turrets help to keep shields off while torpedo's are reloading. Maneuverability is perfect. Great Build! Cheers!
