@Bald Thanks for your help, but I am unfortunately very busy lately and don't really want to spend my free time working on it. As I said in the description, I'm not a modder. I just wanted to let the community know that it's possible to have a multiple galaxy map that isn't overwhelming on your computer, and far higher quality maps could be made with sufficient effort. Think of this as more of a proof of concept.

I do a second and more specific test:
Normal empire (no robots, no hive minds, etc) + mod origin that modifies the type of planet you should start on, your mod is randomly generated by the type of planet :)

But even if you don't think it's possible I've found it guilty of some apparently unrelated bugs (I think the problem is the fixed planet of origin, which is the same one given to player 1 in multiplayer too)
Ignore some origins when they come from mods and break some things (I can record a short video even if you need)
Specifically, I was playing with hive minds, using origin and civic special (swarm queen) from Expanded Gestalts: Forgotten Queens + compatibility patch 3.2 (works fine in all situations except with your mod active, drove me crazy until I found it , the home world type decides randomly and does not generate the special swarm queen jobs)
But I think the easiest solution would be to unpin the start point

The FE are spawning yes but 2 out of 3 of them have no empire name. And yes they don't have fleets.

@Alerios I found my mistake, the fallen empires should spawn now but I can't guarantee that their fleets will spawn with them. I don't know how to fix this right now but I'll keep working on it.

Well.. I don't know what's going on because on my game they are not spawning, can you give me the stars where they spawn please ? (Since it's a fixed map)

@Alerios The fallen empires still spawn they just spawn as 1 system each. I was saying I can't control where the spawn.

Very cool map! The l-cluster still spawns in its normal spot which overlaps with the rest of the map in that area.

The mod has been updated to not need Star Wars Galaxy 2 so load order shouldn't be a problem anymore, and Nebulae now generate so Wild Space should work as intended. I just kind of threw the Nebulae randomly around the map because I think it looks cooler that way, although I ensured that several nebulae block the central region of the map.

@minecon2, and @VGA-Chan Gigastructures isn't quite updated to the current version but as long as it spawns systems using an event rather than editing the galaxy generation then it should be compatible.

As for wild space, the background map art doesn't exactly match the terrain of the map so I would suggest removing that. The current map has no nebulae, so there's not too many wild space systems in the galaxies, but towards the center of the map almost all of the systems are wild space. This is pretty interesting and gives those central empires a challenge start as well as a pretty big buffer between them and all the other empires. This also means that creating a long spindly empire that crosses the center of the map is impossible with that mod.

@Asteros'arius The L cluster can't spawn because no L gates spawn to my knowledge. If you do manage to spawn it somehow then it overlaps the top right galaxy however none of the systems connect to eachother, so you have a weird situation where the only traditional way in and out of the L cluster is through L gates but you can still use jump drives to get to the top right galaxy rather easily. It's pretty confusing when it does spawn though because it gets so clustered that the stars almost overlap with eachother. I don't know how to make L gates spawn again.

@arievilo I don't think it matters because the only files that overlap do the same thing but I have it as SW2 then this mod.

Thanks @chriskar, I'm glad there are no hard feelings and thanks for your help. I do admit I should have asked you first but like I said I'm not a modder and I don't really know what's accepted in the community.
@Arthan Orsas, the star wars galaxy mod has an events file that corrects everyone's planet at the beginning of the game because it has the same problem. Basically when the game starts it runs an event that fixes everything, look in the events folder and the on_actions folder to see what I'm talking about.

hello, thank for your work, i have a question about Retalyx Galaxy Generator, everytime i create a map and us it in game, the planet are empty (no distric build,no building 1 pop) who did you correct that ?

Hey @Extra*******Name1. Two things. First Im totally okay with you using code from my mod but its still a good practice to ask the author of the mod if you are allowed to use it. Some authors dont like it if you copy their work without permission. Second, your mod doesnt work without mine because you arent overwriting the vanilla galaxy files. Static maps dont have a galaxy type like elliptical or spiral so as you cant select none as the map type in the galaxy settings you arent able to select your map. When you overwrite the other map files you can get your map because then the none type is selected. If you have trouble understanding what Im saying just copy over the vanilla files in map\setup_scenarios. As you are already crediting my mod I also have no problem with you removing my mod as required.

Oh yea, I removed 2 of the empire spawns from the center area because they're too close together.
