Also attempted Re-Subscribe ( uninstall & Reinstall ) of Mod : No Effect, Turrets still consume Ammunition
Issue is affecting Turret MODULES >> I Don't Know if this Mod also works for Turret DRONES:
Actions Taken:
Disabled an uninstalled MOD: HarmonyX
Base-Mod ( Common Lib for Greg's Mods )
No Turret Ammo Needed
Pulled all ammo from Drillship and uninstalled Pistol Turret Mods:
Re-Installed Mods
Re_Inserted Turret Modules
Re-Inserted Ammo.
Outcome was no affect.. Turret Ammunition still being consumed and Turrets cannot shoot with empty ammunition.

You as well aren't giving me enough info to actually do anything about.
There's absolutely no way for me to know if you're testing this by itself (with req. dependencies) or mixing with other mods.
Hell, you aren't even telling me if you mean a turret DRONE or a turret MODULE.
Give me a concrete case to test!

It's so helpful You give me copious amount of information to test with and isolate any potential issues.
Let me give you the opposite. It works perfectly for what I'm testing with (but I won't say what that is) which is also just this mod (+dependencies) by itself.
I mean, what did you expect? Game updates break mods. Welcome to modding.
I'll take a look at all mine later today given the update as usual, but updates breaking things is normal.
i had 5 towers and my drill is pretty damaged even what I had defensive towers on the ground and only a few pieces of them remain

after game updates the mod doesn't work as it should
and that's why they're on strike and the game doesn't even go on
Though "not working" doesn't tell me anything about what SPECIFICALLY isn't working FOR YOU .
It should be all working now without affecting player weapons.
If you intend to keep the mod as it is right now - please update the description to inform the players that the infinite ammo works for weapons now too so they won't report it as a bug :)

They'd still need ammo to deploy since that's probably a separate method, but what about once deployed? Are they actually consuming the ammo in their inventory when firing?
The turrets do still have to reload it just won't require/consume any ammo.
Directly subscribing to all the dependencies of the mods (and their dependencies recursively) as well as checking all of them when you activate them should bypass the issue.
Or else wait for the next patch which I have been told fixes this, but I don't know when that'll be.
