that sounds like a pac3 issue, try restarting your game

lower the opacity bar (the vertical bar) in the color tool menu to 0

pac_draw_distance -1 in console will make pac3s not disappear when you go too far away

the ultrasonic is made using sprops in pac3, and the rm young is a port (and you should only need pac3 for it)

i spawned it in and half of it was a error even with the addons what do i need for one of the anemometers?
