wouldn't worry about trying to make it spooky have you seen half the trash that's in game Halloween items are very rarely "spooky" more like goofy/stupid/ugly I personally like the look of this paint but if you made the faces more jagged and sinister looking then maybe that would appease the individuals who want "spooky"

What part of this is ghostly? I'm sorry, this looks absolutely nothing like a Halloween skin. The splashes of paint with the faces on them look nothing like ghosts or specters, they're just happy faces on some blobs. The colors? The black is too saturated to be "spooky" and the blue does not fit at all.
