Yeah, they are fun though. I don't expect this mod to fix it, either. This is why I added the sarcastic "shocker, I know" in my post.
More of a warning for other people, who think this might save them - it won't.
When using Gauss weapons from VWE you still kill your own pawns when not extremely careful. The reason - I would wager - is the size of the Gauss projectile in combination with it's penetrating damage, which is basically a line in which everything gets damaged.
The mod does not account for this (shocker, I know).
Btw: Is it compartible with the mod "RunandGun"?
This stops the shot from going off at all, if there is a target in the way. Honestly the only reason to use this is maybe if you are using VFE Coilguns, since for some intensely stupid reason those weapons ignore the FF game setting.
