This mod was last updated in May of 2023, it's out of date, as is the base mod it was made for, and it seems like the mod author has stopped updating his mods

Diddy's Baby Oil 23 Jan, 2024 @ 3:05pm
will this be updated to the new version?
Wuzzle 12 Aug, 2023 @ 2:47pm
Hey, found a pretty big bug, see the thread I made
Wuzzle 18 May, 2023 @ 2:48am
Made a bug report thread so I don't have to feel bad about flooding this
Fart Shartley  [author] 18 May, 2023 @ 2:40am
I've tentatively released the update. I think the Ai may have had access to debug decisions during my play test which caused the global arab strikes. Let me know if there is any weirdness still
Wuzzle 17 May, 2023 @ 8:25am
Best of luck to ya, that sounds like two headaches and a bad case of diarrhea
Fart Shartley  [author] 17 May, 2023 @ 4:56am
ok so a fix is coming, and palestine can gets integrated into the federation now - but I've encountered a new and unique bug where every country in the entire world is now getting strikes from the arab populaction of palestine and I don't know why. things might take a little longer than expected
Wuzzle 12 May, 2023 @ 12:13am
Yeah, I keep running into state related bugs and oversights, i'm not gonna bother reporting them all or i'd flood these comments
Wuzzle 11 May, 2023 @ 8:26am
Lucknow is listed twice in the big "The Fate of the British Raj" decisions, nbd but indicates some larger problems
Wuzzle 11 May, 2023 @ 7:53am
Also, I need to own and core East Java (ID: 446) to do the "The Beginnings Of The African Project" focus
Putinegão, Imperador de Angola 10 May, 2023 @ 6:05pm
true, the mod has some problems with the new version of r56.
Wuzzle 10 May, 2023 @ 8:41am
Also, integrating puppets doesn't work, you have to annex them
Wuzzle 10 May, 2023 @ 7:03am
I'm serious, the R56 team updated 4 days after you did, anyway, Palestine is now a puppet of the UK so this needs to be updated again
Wuzzle 10 May, 2023 @ 7:01am
Aaand just as you update it, guess who also updates and breaks your mod?
Fart Shartley  [author] 3 May, 2023 @ 6:44am
Just released a major update that -should- bring the mod up to speed with the current edition of RT56 and Improved Imperial Federation 2.

Changes include:

- The Balance of Power for Federation Centralisation is now active
- Added new game rules bringing this patch in line with options avaliable in the main mod
- Several incorrect state ID's caused by RT56/vanilla game changes have been rectified restoring proper functionality of integration decisions and imperial incidents
- Several small errors in UI coding have been fixed, improving the Imperial Focus Interface
- The Indian Imperial Focuses have been altered to fit the updated Indian Focus tree in RT56
Fart Shartley  [author] 20 Apr, 2023 @ 4:49am
Just as a heads up for people who are using this patch, I've just released a large update to the main mod which has introduced new features and done big restructuring of the files. As a result this patch is going to be even more broken until I get things moved across
Fart Shartley  [author] 30 Mar, 2023 @ 2:32am
@taci Gendal`f thanks for the report. I'm currently working on an update for the main mod, so I'll get to work on the path right after!
taci Gendal`f 17 Mar, 2023 @ 4:21am
there are bugs with integration and incidents. for example, to integrate Egypt, provinces in Indonesia are needed, or an incident with Israel, a province in Siberia
Putinegão, Imperador de Angola 16 Jan, 2023 @ 3:37pm
sorry for asking, but update pls lol.

Move to secure dominions decisions not working
BlazeTheFallen 26 Jul, 2022 @ 11:43am
Quite a few bugs with the imperial focus. Typos in each of the dominions trees prevents them from firing and being visible as a decision. I think this an issue in the base mod as well.

Also I believe it was Transvaal Urbanisation that is currently repeatable because of a typo.

Easiest way to test is to set the completion times of the focus to one day and go through them all with the imp fed already formed.

The South African Railway idea also doesn't unlock with the focus that should give it. "Railway Development" I believe.

Cross-Country Railway and Railway expansion act have error icons and some icons don't change to gold when the focus is complete.

10/10 mod btw. Gives tons of flavour to imp fed.
Fart Shartley  [author] 30 Jun, 2022 @ 12:10pm
Thanks for the report. might be something I overlooked in decisions/events
Wuzzle 28 Jun, 2022 @ 1:53am
Ah I see, that did fire but only Singapore and the northern Borneo state were cored
Fart Shartley  [author] 27 Jun, 2022 @ 8:57am
@Wuzzle (Trans rights) Malaya does not get to vote on the federation, so is not cored when it forms. There should be a decision for it, or you can core it via the malaya emergency imperial incident
Wuzzle 26 Jun, 2022 @ 12:42pm
In my latest game I had to core mayala via the state transfer tool, shouldn't it've been cored from the start?
Wuzzle 2 Jun, 2022 @ 5:12pm
Ah, it is cored, but I never got the option to end the first rebellion so the modifiers and and occupation things are still active
Wuzzle 2 Jun, 2022 @ 5:08pm
The Palestine state isn't cored by the integrate the levantine mandate, is that a bug with the base mod or this patch?
Fart Shartley  [author] 31 May, 2022 @ 5:17am
Just uploaded another update:

1. The East Bank and Gaza are now affected by the imperial incidents in Palestine, and can be properly cored
2. Jim crow law modifiers will be removed when coring the USA
3. Quebec conscription crisis modifiers present in Canadian states will be removed upon forming the federation, as there's a whole imperial incident dedicated to it anyway
4. Fixed the typo that was breaking literally everything
Fart Shartley  [author] 30 May, 2022 @ 3:03pm
@Dukemaster thanks for the reports. I'll get working on some fixes tomorrow
Dukemaster 30 May, 2022 @ 10:07am
I loaded up my Road To '56 Great Britain save and the Imperial Parliament interaction box vanished from the decisions tab, and various focuses appeared as no-cost decisions that have no apparent affect. Which is pretty much the reason I love this so much, making the Imperial Federation a rewarding effort to maintain and govern.

Other things of note.

Coring Palestine/Israel requires two states in the area south of Kazakhstan.
Appointing the New Zealand/ANZAC/Polynesia Imperial Speaker doesn't apply his portrait to the visible Imperial Parliament box, but the affects are still applied.
Preexisting Quebec Conscription Crisis state modifiers cannot be removed.
Preexisting Jim Crow Law state modifiers cannot be removed.
Some Road To '56 related states aren't able to be cored, the two part Suez Canal, The West Bank, The Gaza Strip, (and others probably).

I love your work, you're awesome and have a great vision for this kind of mod.
SteelCityCaesar 30 May, 2022 @ 5:19am
Wow, you work fast! I'm going to do the same play through again with a few more tweaks to increase the difficulty so I'll test it out. Thanks again for the mod and your swift responses.
Fart Shartley  [author] 30 May, 2022 @ 5:02am
just released a quick patch to address some issues brought up:

1. the new state ID for West Virginia has been corrected, meaning you no longer need Marx-Engelstadt to core the thirteen colonies
2. Apparently, Canada can core alaska on its own in RT56, so the American West Coast decision now accounts for that possibility
3. Coring Kenya via imperial incident no longer blocks the coring of Uganda and Tanzania
4. Decisions for coring parts of Mexico, Iran and Afghanistan no longer appear if they have been cored via puppet integration
Fart Shartley  [author] 30 May, 2022 @ 4:24am
@SteelCityCaesar thanks for the feedback. It sounds like some of the state ids are wrong with some of the decisions, so I'll take a look into that. Might be that I've failed to update some of the decision files specifically for this patch
SteelCityCaesar 30 May, 2022 @ 2:49am
Continued:

Also if you do some of Federation events before your core a territory it prevents you from taking the decision. For example the Mau Mau rebellion event led to Kenya joining the Council of Dominions which made me unable to take the decision to integrate the countries around Kenya as Kenya was already a core.

Finally if you integrate a dominion before annexing it weird stuff happens. With Mexico for example I took the decision 'integrate the Dominion of Mexico' which put Mexico on the council and made all of their states cores. However then I had decisions for each of the Mexican states (Yucatan for example) that I couldn't take as they were already cores. Same thing happened with Iran. Not a big deal as I had the cores but just thought I'd mention.

Not complaining as I had a great time - just thought you'd like to know.
SteelCityCaesar 30 May, 2022 @ 2:48am
Had a really fun play through with this this, very few issues.

Some of the American integration decisions (for example Reclaim The Thirteen Colonies) don't initially pop up after conquering USA. It wasn't until I dealt with USSR that they popped up in the decision menu as they has random Soviet states attached to them meaning to take the decision you had to be in control of USSR too subsequently giving you a core on a random Soviet province. Thought I'd post it here as I don't recall this on he non RT56 version.

The reverse of this was true for Alaska as that randomly became a core through some other decision leaving me unable to integrate most of Eastern USA. I didn't notice this had happened until I was unable to take the relevant decision so not sure what Alaska was connected to.
SteelCityCaesar 22 May, 2022 @ 4:39pm
Yes, that works! Unfortunately doesn't fix my current game but works on new games. Oh well, excuse to start again. Thanks for the mod and your swift response.
Fart Shartley  [author] 22 May, 2022 @ 2:42pm
@SteelCityCaesar just uploaded an update that should fix that issue. Let me know if you run into any more problems
SteelCityCaesar 22 May, 2022 @ 4:11am
These two mods together are amazing. Great work! I am also having the issue where I have no political advisers. No other mods but the three relevant ones. Also what is the correct load order? I went with 1.RT56 2. Improved Fed 3. Patch
Fart Shartley  [author] 19 May, 2022 @ 11:05am
@Kikuchi thanks for the report. likely a character file bug. I'll put out a fix tomorrow
Bong 18 May, 2022 @ 6:48pm
I've found a bug where the UK has no political or military advisers.
Mojoww 16 May, 2022 @ 7:26am
yesss, cheers mate
No Name Legion 9 Apr, 2022 @ 10:09am
@fart Shartley alright, thanks
Fart Shartley  [author] 9 Apr, 2022 @ 10:07am
@No Name Legion I'm aiming to update all of my patches over the coming few weeks
No Name Legion 9 Apr, 2022 @ 8:34am
rt56 got updated
No Name Legion 27 Dec, 2021 @ 12:32pm
yeah i used this mod + RT56 beta and while the integration and imperial parliament elements worked, the extended focus tree didn't appear
Fart Shartley  [author] 24 Dec, 2021 @ 2:19pm
@fortunate spokesperson probably not I'm afraid. This patch hasn't been updated for No Step Back, and I'm waiting until the RT56 main mod updates just in case beta changes affect things.
fortunate spokesperson 22 Dec, 2021 @ 2:48pm
can this work with the new beta release for rt56?
Fart Shartley  [author] 13 Aug, 2021 @ 7:12am
@Cheese Wheel As some people have mentioned crashes, it seems as though this patch specifically is doing something wacky with performance. I'm not exactly sure what could be causing it, but it is an issue that I'm looking into
CHEESE WHEEL 12 Aug, 2021 @ 4:28pm
this mod really tanks my performance. I used RT56 and the imperial federation mod separately and it works fine
