Yes its possible, it doesnt use any items from OCM, it just wont work if you dont have it (OCM doesnt have to be enabled btw)

good for you. For some people it becomes corrupted, so i included it in dependencies

This building doesn't use items from OCM. It just getting corrupted if you disable OCM

for some reason, whenever i spawn it all the wires and beams just dont spawn and the whole building collapses.
