Where's your source on that? I can't find any information on Phantoms being used in this conflict. As for the Harrier, no, you won't find a historically accurate one on the workshop but the one that is available won't mess anything up either

for some reason, the AI never fights in the middle. they always group up around one carrier and then spawncamp the enemy teams planes
