Left 4 Dead but you play as a bunch of crazed psycho's going around killing everyone now someone just needs to have them run away from you while screaming instead of attacking you like normal with custom more human like animations than this game literally just becomes Postal

@duranmertcan868 You can use gmpublisher to extract the files from the addon and add them to garrysmod following the models / materials structure.

there seems to be something wrong with the mod, the zombies have neon shirts & the only uninfected one seems to be the L4D1 zombies, I've only played No mercy to test this

@madjap1 There is, you must decompress the VPK file in the addons folder and then copy/paste the folders (materials / models etc) into the "garrysmod" folder and the models / textures will be there

Yeah gore effects are present with left 4 dead 2 infected. Idk about left 4 dead 1 CI but considering how valve just updated the l4d1 commons to support gore fx, they will almost definitely work.
