walking:
At the moment there is no possibility of fast travel in Dungeonmaker,nevertheless i wanted to make a big wilderness map.
fighting:
Matter of taste, i like the mix of role-playing, exploration, puzzles and combat and no hack slash. I'm an oldschool guy.
teleporting monsters:
yes, this is currently the only atmospheric option in the beta dungonmaker. I didn't want the group to just run into enemies that appear in front of them, but to place them appropriately and create a feeling of encirclement. Again im an old man and dungeon master since 1989...
chests :
Only possibility in Dungeonmaker.Bug with locked Virtual Loot.Later i'll add lever,switches&puzzles.
You certainly know that the module is free & that a lot of work has gone into it.It's not exactly motivating to hear only negative things as your first feeback.
I will take a look at your workshop adventures, test and evaluate it and will give you a feedback too.

Too much walking, not enough fighting. Except for the first, all the battles featured teleporting monsters. That's fine in some cases, but don't overuse it. Also, entirely unnecessary and largely inappropriate against low level characters who depend on the surprise round to position themselves to protect the squishy wizard. Especially since my sellsword wizard is still wearing robes. Don't like the here's a chest, but you need a special key/item trick. Again, too much walking over here, figure out what I need to open the chest, walk over to the other side of the map, find the item, now I have to walk back to the chest. Not fun. But the SA at 1st level was a fun surprise. Fortunately, she missed on her one attack or else someone would have gone down.
