I can't seem to find .txt graphical culture for the shipsets.

Pop that in the .txt graphical culture of the shipset, just above the ship fallback value. It's worked for me, at least. The colossus is borked, so I've got nothing for that.

The only thing I can see ship wise is the dreadnought and the collossal ship. All the other shipsets are not showing up nor in ship designer.

If you want to modify the size of a ship, you can do so by changing the scale = value described at the beginning of the .asset file for each ship in gfx/models/ships/triglavian_01.
In the case of the Corvette, I changed it as follows to get it just right.
@corvette_designer_scale = 3.5 → 7.0
@triglavian_corvette_designer_scale = 2.0 → 4.0
@triglavian_corvette_physical_scale = 1.0 → 2.0
@triglavian_corvette_frame_physical_scale = 1.0 → 2.0

These are great, but for Vanilla most of the ships are a half or a 3rd of the size of others in battles. I wish I was savy enough to quickly edit this myself! I cannot seem to find a quick method on how.

This is one of my favorite shipsets, but there are a few issues related to NSC models. The Carrier, Exploration Cruiser, and Dreadnought models either look like a vanilla model or they look like a combination of triglavian and vanilla model, whick looks really weird. I hope you'll fix as I'm releasing an empires mod that has a dependency on this one.

Hey, I love this mod! It's incredible. The colossus model, as other people have said, is wonky af. The giant glowing orb thing is kinda funny but the hitbox for it is massive, constantly making my fleets accidentally follow the colossus because I click inside its hitbox when normally it would be just a random spot in space. Is there any way I could send you a video that I recorded? It gives a good idea of the current size of the hitbox.

@Sankt Kaiser oh yeah if you just want to replace models it's super easy. Unfortunately I've run out of free time these last couple months to work on any mods again so it's possible you'd like to do this yourself. If I'm remembering correctly, what you have to do is change the mesh (3d model) that the particular ship class uses in the `.gfx` file inside the `gfx/` folder. To get the right name for the mesh, you can go into vanilla files and the corresponding species folder to find the `.gfx` file containing definitions for vanilla ships.

A question about how to address ships that don't seem to have a parallel, e.g. defence platforms or transport ships: Is there a way to set the 'default substitute' from the Mammalian to, for example, the Necroid model? The styles are pretty different, but at least the colors would be closer; I've looked into how shipsets are made a little but was quickly over my head, so this may be a dumb/unreasonable question. Again, thanks for this great looking shipset!

That's fair. Hoping you manage to get some free time soon to tweak things some more. While many players may like the more "realistic" design of certain shipsets with actual turrets on the hulls I've always loved mods like this which are about how the ship looks more than anything.

@Devidose The reason the 2 ships are not right is because 6 months ago (that I only uploaded 6 months later...) I switched over to a new sizing convention for both ships and effects (in line with my caldari shipset mod). I finished everything except the civilian ships, unfortunately. It was also at this time that I stopped having time to finish the colossus

New Colossus looked good so shall away to see the finished design when you are able to get to that.

Red to match the rest of the set seems like the simplest option but something red-adjacent could also work for some sort of civilian designation like a notable orange or even yellow at a push.

Is there a reason the effect is small on those 2 ships as the ships themselves are currently much larger than anything else. Sci vs Corvette for example are "the same model" more or less but the Sci ship is huge in comparison. Constructor is about as large as a Battleship. At first I thought this was due to 'Downscaled Ships' mod but after only testing the shipset it's still the case.

I like the new titan, although I also liked the old one too. Not sure what it could maybe still be used for if anything but would be nice to still see it in some form.

@Devidose Oops, I forgot to take out the new colossus model I was testing. :steamhappy:
The science and construction ships are blue because I made them that way almost 2 years ago...I'm open to suggestions. The orb particle effects are too small so they're technically there but "hiding". I'll try to get the colossus replaced with a default mammalian or humanoid one (still working on a new one) and the particle effects fixed tonight.
And what do you think about the titan model? I think it was using the the base Leshak (battleship) model before.

Science and Construction ships seem a bit large compared to others and neither ship has a function "core" as the orb remains inert. Both ships retain a blue highlight despite the red effects throughout the rest of the set.

New Citadel model is gorgeous..

Loving the Juggernaut swap to the older Citadel model, it's magnificently imposing.

The Colossus is... bright to say the least. ATM it spawns with a massive aura, as large as the starting star in the Deneb system. There's also an issue with the actual aura being so wide that it can prevent mouse clicks on objects below the ship.
The lower 2 starboard sections don't appear to render quite properly although this could be an issue with the aura, too. Similar to the Science and Construction ships the core orb isn't animated. When firing it turns brighter than the system star creating both a distracting and possibly painful visual effect.

I honestly didn't see anything different for ship model mods from previous versions of the game. Am I mistaken? What changed? The biggest changes I noticed came from NSC, which changed a lot of the names for the section templates...

Also, please let me know what you think about ship sizing or the new Titan model

Battlecruiser Hull Is broken. Guessing because it needs updated to 3.6 please update :( I Love these ships! :(
