Since they're based on real paintings by Kristoffer Zetterstrand it would be cool if this mod used the original pieces or because the models in L4D don't fit some of the Minecraft paintings the mod had downscaled versions of the uncropped paintings to look like the Minecraft textures so they could fit into the frames.
