Hi nicki, I guess it's easy when you know what you're doing. It's a lot of trying, failing until it finally gets done. I use three programs to model, paint and finally upload them but some people only use Unity. Look for the House Flipper workshop tutorial in youtube, it's a basic understanding of how to upload assets.One important tip I can give you is always check your mod doesn't have too many polygons because it will make the game run poorly. And what is too many you may ask, for example this asset has 780 polygons or 1500 triangles which is pretty optimized,
