Yes! This should be 5G safe, fully loaded, with a reasonable payload.

Ok, I have published the Mining Cube, the basic HV I created specially for this ship, and seen in the pictures. Link is in the description. It comes stock with 2 drill turrets, while only requiring a basic CPU extender.
