An Update to the Game might have broken it, I don't know, I do not know when or even if I will be able to look into it.

Just make sure that when you are at the Main Menu, to ensure that it's Turned ON, and that it's Load Order is in the Correct Place. You might be finding that there is some unknown Conflict with another MOD you have turned ON.

When you first setup a Match, you'll see a List of Nations, and the Map to one Side.
Once you've selected the Map you want to use, look at the Bottom, there are a few Buttons.
One of these Buttons will allow you to Change the Settings of the Match.

Note:
Select the Map First, as these Settings will Reset if you change Map afterwards.

Some MOD's have Kinetic Satellites.
Those Satellites can be given their Orders (up to 12 Targets), ahead of time.
Once set, it's effectively Fire and Forget from there.

They hit up to 12 Targets once two Conditions are Met:
> IN_RANGE=TRUE
> PEACETIME=00:00:00:000

It's as simple as that.

LOL, Multiplayer with this... Just don't set it to 24 Hours, LOL...

Even a couple of Super-Computers would still take 6 Hours+ to actually x4 through the Game on that setting. I actually did set it to 24 Hours myself in Single Player, and I was able to actually get a full night's sleep while I let the game build an endless supply of everything needed to fight a war.

Obviously, the Satellites had already got Pre-Designated Targets to win the Match with, LOL.
