No, nothing I'm aware of. If you have issues with mother mod, try asking at SpeakUp discord [discord.gg]. It's very friendly community.

@trajda Thanks for your report. This issue was addressed 3 comments down. TLDR: it's safe to ignore what Mod Manager says.

i use both because rimpy has issues detecting incompatibilities , hopefully that can be addressed in the future

@Scorpio This is a Mod Manager thing, you can ignore that for now. Addon was tested for up-to-date version with the participation of the SpeakUp devs. Btw, try checking out RimPy, it's an external mod manager. You won't have to restart the game to change the mods.

Dear diary, today was a good day to be scrolling down the recent workshop uploads page, yours sincerely, a Kitchen Nightmares fan.

Seriously though, this is amazing. I never personally wanted to use SpeakUp because I already had so many conversation overhauling mods that I felt like it would just cause trouble, but this has convinced me otherwise.
