I don't play SFO so I have no idea on what changes would need to be done. However, anybody is free to make a SFo version with credit

All the ones he already has should be confederated, but there is a chance you miss some of them. If you can give me the name of this mod I could look into it
I have no other sub-mods planed then the one which makes them heroes instead of lords, which is coming along but rather slowly

I thought that the dragon effects added by the mod are quite grounded and made since. I was thinking maybe tie the effects to some of the Dragon lords different unique skills.
I don't think it works with legendary confederations, but with recruit defeated legendary lords it should give all the dragons Imrik had at the time of his death. Same with normal confederation, you get all dragons he had at the time

I'm sure the people on the modding discord will help you out how to make them.
If you go into the script, yes, as the normal dragon RORs still exist. But then it would change the entire mod so I won't do it, you can do it for yourself however
As for the melee skills, I think they are fine how they are, they are dragons afterall. Also, there isn't enough space to add another line for two of them, so it could only go on three, making it a bit weird

It might be a bit to op, at the same time the effect is vanilla, and 20 turns is a long time. If you don't like that change you could change it yourself, it is only a few lines that needs to be removed
I am not really great with textures, and they use the same textures as normal dragons in vanilla, so I did not focus on that. If someone else makes a submod however, I would be happy to link it

It is placed there to make sure his army has flaming attacks even if someone alters their game to not have infinity effects, as removing flame resistance is redundant otherwise

I will not, at least not for a while. However, Belisarian has made some great Dragons factions I think you should check out
An alternate version might come, but I will take some time for me to figure out how to make legendary heroes, as I have never made any before.
