The company that we worked with to create the plushies is no more; unfortunately I don't think we're ever getting another production run, especially with the decreased focus on TF2. There also is no way to get more codes. We will all have to make do with what still remains in the wild.

Unfortunately, WLF is no longer manufacturing the dolls that come with the code, and Valve has never seen fit to allow people to buy it from the in-game store. The spycrab is now an endangered species.

It's still available at the ForFansByFans Valve merch store. You gotta buy the plush to get the code for the in-game item.

The deal was through For Fans By Fans. We worked with Valve's merchandising lead, and they actually provided the base model for the in-game spycrab. They don't really do plush designs from artists any more though.

Sorry, no - the original was kindly given to us by FFBF to help sell the plush crabs, and I'm not much of a modeler myself. I spent a lot of time getting it rigged correctly, but if I made a new model I'm pretty sure it wouldn't look as good.
