Traitor rooms aren't working when I host on a local server. Any idea?

I got the weapons working on SOME maps, other's don't seem to have them spawning in at all (but the buy-menu weapons are still fine). It seems to be an issue with the maps, was wondering if you knew anything about a solution, preferably where I can still run the server peer-to-peer.

There is a GitHub link for all of my weapons in the description. But the normal weapon spawns are used, except for the traitor/detective weapons.

Bit confused by this. The weapons all seem to work peer-to-peer. But weapons seem to be picky when it comes to maps. Some maps have the weapon spawns, others dont. Not sure what causes it. Any insight would be helpful.
