太祖, literally "Grand Originator" is the title reserved for the founding emperor of a dynasty in ancient China. Used as a nickname of Mao, since he found the PRC dynasty.
Actually considering that Hong come with a star and PRC-ish green outfit Mao can be a more appropriate choice. Fits the theme more.

Oh, I thought you meant how to spell it, since it originally said "Hong Mei Ling" in the mod so I changed it to "Hong Meiling"
