Cock and Ball Torture 2. From Wikipedia. The free encyclopedia at en.wikipedia.org . Cock and Ball Torture 2 is a survival horror game which takes influences from the Resident Evil franchise and even features such characters such as Albert Wesker.

In Cock and Ball Torture 2, (CBT2) the main character has to escape before Albert Wesker captures the player, and inflicts "complete global castration," a plot which quickly unfolds into the player questioning everything around him, in both a meta and a gameplay sense. The game ends with Albert Wesker falling on to Dr. Doofinshmertz's Cock-and-ball-torture-inator and dying as a result, which served as a tie in to Disney's CBT 2.5: The Last Testicle.
