I've reverted the requirements to only change the load order - I guess requirements are too finicky for something like this. Hopefully it will work now - could you resubscribe to the mod and see if you still have problems?

Yes it is. I confirm that I installed the two items you mentioned. And install it from Steam. At that time, I just canceled the installation of all files for confirmation.
And found that when I cancel the installation of the mod, the game can run.
Maybe it conflicts with my other modules?

This mod intentionally doesn't work if you don't have both Feb's Cuter Felins (Furred) and the Felins mod itself installed as well(because what's the point otherwise?). Could you make sure both of those are also installed through the Steam workshop and try again?
