Place a trigger in the middle of building / landing area, smallest size (0) and name it "trg_landing"

place invisible helipad and name it "landingpad"

in Init of "landingpad" write - this setPosASL (position trg_landing);

There is a way you can move functioning helipads to a specific location (useful if you want AI to land on an custom building helipad).
