the german liga3 is not loaded because there are only 19 teams out of the 20 requested

@Victor.Van.Boxtel: You have to press the subscribe button. Then you go to start new career or start new online game. Top right you see database. Then you should see: FM21 Season 2021-2022 European League Updates feat. Promotions & Relegations...
