Construction office didn't recognize it as something that can lift vehicles, can this be added or fixed?

It was suggested to implement the Pepelatz (пепелац) featured in the Soviet "Kin-Dza-Dza" ("Кин-Дза-Дза") fantastic movie; you might find it a worthy challenge if in the right mood ;-)
The movie had it as a passenger version (4 persons IIRC although some 6 or 8 could probably try to cram into it), not sure a cargo one would be relevant.

Well the cargo version released like ten months later in November I found out. Not sure that's intentional or not.

It auto-assigns itself, I believe. I found this out with the Mi-4, which already has a vanilla version.

haha this is wonderful fun, speeds up constructions
despite being OP and not in style :P

Any thoughts of modding in normal looking helicopters with OP cargo capacity?
