The save is really old, back in 2021 it only required Counter Strike : Source to run completely, but I'm not sure if something has changed/updated about the game itself.

only some of the gun models spawn in as a raguler model for some reason i do not know if i some how got my hands on any mods i cannot tell if i got mods or if they updated some mods.

You don't need any mods as i remember correct, you only need to have CS:S downloaded.

Source pack? Oh, you mean the CS:S models? You need to own CS:S and it must have been downloaded to see the models in this save.
