I had the wrong infantry types in (NVA) changed to American and re-added back the German unit.

Last one was too easy. Updated again Equipped MG42 removed one German Unit. Back to what was originally intended.

Just ran through a load of tests and the Leadership does get applied if it needs to be used. i.e. it doesn't show the leadership modifier in the results if it doesn't affect the result! So working correctly. I may have to update this.

Just replayed it - and it's not so easy to win the scenario. Something has changed - I used to win this 90% of the time. Now it's much less I think there is a bug in the rules now - The leadership modifier for morale checks isn't being applied!

That's the reason for Boot Camp 101. It is very easy to win this scenario. Knowing the rules and how the AI works is a big part of the game. I stripped everything down to this one assault. I'd rather not give the solution - but a hint is the Americans always have the initiative!

How are you supposed to win as US ? I easily won the four starter pack missions on both sides but just can't win this scenario. Spotting and smoke doesn't work that much, nor firing without a very lucky dice, nor going melee with or without a split and a bait squad.

It should appear under custom on the start kit. Haven't actually subscribed myself. p.s. this isn't a scenario as such just a simple assault for user not show about the game so it's simplified but does show what is needed to assault a fortified position
