how would i update this to go into the anomaly research tab and chance the build recipe so it uses bioferrite but make it fireproof ?

one of the best and perfect mod. But suit's energy going more than 200 with no reason. it just keep rising un-limit and crashed game. is it an ester egg that suit is upgrading itself like real crysis game?

@Ogam: Sorry, I thought you were the one who made this mod. So, it was Mezz who made it. Well, I hope his mod here gets resurrected by someone else and hopefully the ridiculous silver amount requirement can be reduced from 3500 to 500.

The amount of silver required to make the nanosuit is just preposterous because despite it saying that it requires 3500 to make it alongside the other materials, what it doesn't mention is that it requires 10x the amount of silver to make the suit; in other words 3500 x 10 = 35000. I hope you update this mod by correcting this oversight that you've made here, @Ogam, and reduce the amount of silver needed from 3500 to 500 because of the hidden 10x requirement mechanic for silver/gold in this game. Otherwise, this is a good mod.

Can pawns wearing the nanosuit turn their body? For me my pawn is only turning his head around but the body texture stays the same and showing the front.

@DRESDEN You unlock the nanosuit after researching power armors which also unlocks the marine power armor.

Nevermind, it seems that it still has unlimited energy regeneration. Tried digging through the xml file to see if I can stop it, but nothing so far. Any tips, anybody?

@AlphaAmpersandOmega, I was facing the same problem but it seems that I managed to make it work. I went to the XML files, and noticed that energy consumption was 0 and the recharge rate was was 0.05, so I lowered it a little bit. And it seemed like it worked.

Hi! I have one question: I have CE and The Nano Helmet doesn't show Night Vision efficiency in the stats. How do I know it's working?

Awesome. Nice to see the update. So happy it is working. Finally makes some of the harder enemy factions viable again. However, like I did before in the 1.2 Version, I switched the suits layer from shell to middle. Kinda like the idea of wearing jackets and stuff over the suit. I also tried to patch the SoS2 Survival Belt functuality to the suit, couldn't test that out yet though. Need to get to space first. Thought I'd let you know, maybe you like the idea. :D

Bug report when used with CE:

Energy bar overflows over max limits, and does not seem to be drained by modes as intended.

This makes the mod overpowered to the point it's gamebreaking, as the only real balancing mechanic, the limitations on ability usage, are non-existent.

I'd really appreciate if that's looked into, given that clearly not working as intended, nonetheless I'm extremely grateful for the mod and the fact it was patched for CE in the first place!

Not a bug or criticism per se. Just want to mention that, for whatever reason, this conflicts with Combat Psycasts , particularly when it comes to using the Psychic slugs. Even when not using the suit itself, it throws an error of some kind, which from the logs I could only understand to be a conflict between Nanosuit.Patch_AdjustedAccuracy.Postfix and CombatPsycasts.Comps.CompAbilityEffect_PsychicShoot.Apply

I'm no modder though so I can't understand what it all means or how it conflicts.

Do you happen to know of any mod incompatibilities? I have a very extensive modlist, and it looks like for some reason the suit energy isn't ever draining. It went up over the maximum during a psychic soothe and now it won't come down. No error messages related to it. Thanks!
