I found out "how" but now it's actually trying to do it. Hopefully i can find the game's base file and just edit that.

And I know names can be changed cause some workshop packs i use change names

If u go to "The Ultimate Guide To Content Creation And Use For The Terraria Workshop" on the forums and go the the Language pack section that might be what your looking for. Hope this helps, have a good one.

posted on the TCF last year but a mod claimed it was only with modding, but i think i've seen people do it before in pack showcases.
maybe i'll eventually find out how..

Thank you, the eventual 2nd version will have some very interesting decorations for players to find. Lets just say your mining might become a bit more interesting.

Now if only i knew how to Change the names listed in game for stuff.

I can tell u put some work into it. I like it way more then the original sprite/texture (idk what its called) and thats pretty much true for every texture youve changed from the original even just the minor stuff its quite impressive.

The cell phone took a while, with such a small space i couldn't get alot of detail into it, so i kept trying things over and over, ended up with that.

A good one to miss is the brand of inferno, the 2 parts come together in a X But \ is actually above /. It's these little pieces, some people go and use a computer to try and AI upscale, and it just doesn't work across the 11k+ textures.

The not hard part is actually getting them back into game files. Actually going in and changing pixels around can be tough with some textures. Since everything is 2D alot of single images are ment to have depth to them, and if you don't account for that you won't have a clean upscale. Some of my textures you can tell what is old and what is new. The reaper's sycthe and the 2 spell books are the oldest.

Thank you Espeon, updates will be made randomly, it is a slow process to convert each texture back into a game file, not "hard" just alot of steps to go through. I edit textures in multiple large images with a bunch of images pasted into it, all of which is on my phone, but to actually bring them into the game i have to use my computer to break them back into the base texture files.

I have alot of other textures that i haven't finished, or just haven't had a chance to convert back.
I actually have *most* of the food *placed* textures 'remade'. Some of the drinks still need smoothed out.

There will definitely be a few surprise textures scattered around (unless people take the time to ID each texture file, *it will ruin the fun so just let them be a surprise*
