for the mom's knife sprite you should change the actual knife sprite too, not just the item icon, it's weird how it doesn't match

While the sprites looks cool they really clash with the game's art style, they don't fit in at all, they're way to detailed in contrast.

I respect your idea making items nolstagic and looks like flash isaac. It doesn't work for me but there are definitely people who would like this mod

I had Godhead and Sacred Heart once. Sacred Heart in an Ultra Secret Room thanks to Soul Of Cain, and Godhead in a Member Card room.
That was a Tainted Lost run.
I lost that run to Death Heads in Ash Pit
