Well the magazine is interchangeable, so I don't think you should use that to judge what variant it is. As the model itself looks more like M16A2 to me personally.

By the way, The model of the M16 is M16A1 (Judging from the Magazine Size) But it isn't 3 round fire burst, It only included's Fully-Automatic and Semi-Automatic, While the M16A2 (30 Round Magazine Size and Medium) Has 3-Round Fire Burst and Semi-Automatic, The M16A3 removes the 3-Round Fire Burst and Replaces it with the Fully Automatic, And it's another variant for the M16A2 (M16A3 Also has a 30 Round Magazine)
