Why are there no ballast-less options for the concrete rails, though? The wooden ones look really good, but for the concrete it'd be nice to have something similar with a concrete base.
Thank you for your support. I have been quite busy at work in the past six months, so update the entire UEP2 series MODs has been slow.
I will use my vacation time at the end of this year to continue updating these UEP2-MODs. Content will be added and the MOD will be optimized and integrated.
love your mod, I'm trying to add some track mods to your wkts_settings.lua to stop them from showing, I have added
'Invisible Track', - this works great
'(UEP_206a)_Check_rails_Serie', - can't get this to work,
'Berlin Stadtbahn Viaduct Construction - Basic Segmets', - can't get this to work
Thank you
The limitations of assets are very large. For example, on a railway bridge with a certain slope, you can't make the check rails as assets fit closely with the rail and sleeper. Even if I increase the slope option there is no way to get them to fit perfectly.
There will be a major upgrade to this MOD in the future. A lot of content updates.
Contains new tunnels, shed holes, shaded rendering for tunnels, new railtracks, winter model and more.
I will use the vacation time in May to gradually upgrade the MOD.
At the same time, after being authorized by the NEP-MOD author, the new UEP2 track/tunnel MOD will add the catenary poles of the German Railways from NEP-MOD, which saves me a lot of MOD production time.

---------Special notice:
Sorry everyone, I will not be able to respond to your feedback or release/update any MOD in time in the last two weeks.
My city has been hit by typhoons, heavy rains and floods recently. The underground power grid in my area was flooded by heavy rains, which caused power interruptions for three consecutive days. About half an hour ago, the electricity returned to normal.
Currently, I need to participate in some related post-disaster work, so I cannot log in to STEAM frequently in the past two weeks.
Hereby explain.
--------------------
Last week, I mainly took time to deal with the upgrade and testing of all UEP2 MODs that have been released under the TPF2 summer update version. So some time was lost.
This weekend, I am modeling a catenary pole for ordinary rails. It's almost done.
when do you plan to release the update?
Another author is making a new version of CRH380A MOD, so I don’t have to deal with the CRH380A MOD originally made for TPF1.
At present, I need to first complete the debugging and upgrading of all released UEP2 series MODs under the new version of TPF2.
Currently, other Chinese MOD authors are making models for the CR400BF and CRH series.
I am currently testing the compatibility of all released UEP2 series MODs under the TPF2-summer update BETA version.
You can pay attention to the screenshots area of STEAM TPF2. Other authors will update screenshots made by related MODs.
Yes, two new railbeds (this is a new part) and two new catenary poles are currently being modeled for the track. Therefore, the update schedule is delayed. The update will be completed this week.
You only need to select different directions and drag the mouse to place the track (drag from left to right, or from right to left), you can change the side position of the single guard rail, just like adjusting the position of the railway pole.
I have been busy in recent days. on Thursday night. I will take the time to upgrade this MOD, add two ordinary tracks without check-rail, and optimize some details.
And increase two railway tracks without check-rail.
It is currently being debugged.
Thanks @AlwaysRM Didn't see your post [even though it is below mine]. lol
Thanks for the update :D
@mongolteiko
Regarding making CHECK-RAIL common to all tracks,
I don't plan to set it to ASSET, because if you encounter a big ramp, it would be too torturous to let the player adjust the slope manually and place the CHECK-RAIL section by section.
At present, I have come up with a solution to make CHECK-RAIL directly applicable to all tracks. It is currently being tested and will be updated tonight if it succeeds.
Many details of this MOD still need to be refined gradually, and several improvements and updates will be made in the follow-up.
Also, I've noticed that sometimes there are gaps in the sleeper distance, it likes to form groups of 5 sleepers.
Great job though.
It has been Fixed~
@AlwaysRM
Update Notes:
Fixed A1 and A2 check-rails height problem.
A1and B1 cancel the track bed and use a pure wooden base. I directly set t.ballastHeight to 0, (I just discovered that TPF2 binds the height of the catenary to this parameter..) This caused the catenary of A1 and B1 to be lower than the normal track.
This problem has been fixed.
