possible stats 1
+ 400% bigger clip size
+ faster fire speed
+ on hit 6.25% ubercharge added <--- It will never be added with this stat..
- less damage
- 20% increase in bullet vulnerability

I'm really impressed,because it's really good. Design, stats will be slightly different if it was added by valve(they like simple stats, not entire books you know) and good idea. Liked.

This....it looks cool, but the stats are so very overpowered, if only because of the +6.25% uber on hit. Here's a re-balance:

+ 400% bigger clip size
+ 20% more health from all healing sources while active
+ 10% more Ubercharge on kill
+ 40% arc decrease
- minus 40% fire rate
- minus 3 health points per second
- minus 15 maximum health
- 20% increase in bullet vulnerability while active

I'd say stats one minus the vulnerability medic is already vulnerable enough all it takes is a headshot or backstab. So damage weaknesses aren't needed. if you have to have it lower it to 10 or 15.
