the most important information for all airplane mods is missing: how long does the runway have to be for this plane?

Military buildings are a missed opportunity for this game. It’s also something that seems untouched by mods. Military bases, domestic militarism, and international standing are great opportunities. Having “international standing” be some sort of modifier for goods pricing would be great. Having interceptors to prevent western recon planes or to give the Soviets some saber rattling back would be super cool. You can act like a Yugoslavian SSR. Build military bases, develop and export machines of war.

yo thats actually a great idea

would be great to see an official development of some basic military vehicles, buildings, and mechanics. it would be costly but it may be a late-game gimmick or something to intercept NATO reconnaissance aircraft or warplane that strays too close to soviet airspace. maybe receive some kind of benefit from interceptions? like additional funds for successful missions and/or a temporary government loyalty bonus regionwide?

Man, it just makes me wish this game had actual RTS combat. It be so rad to build and support your own armies while pissing off either NATO or the Eastern Bloc to the point of being invaded.

Those are nice suggestions, unfortunatly 3d models for these have been kinda hard to find and I'm not in the mood for doing it from scratch :steambored:

Awesome! If I may make a suggestion—I think the Tu-22M Backfire and the Tu-160 Blackjack would also be great!
