I have played it twice, I like it overall but I had several problems.

On the first playthrough I died and when loading a savegame the a.i. disabled bug appeared.

On the second one, the first combine you meet, next to the drawer with the ammo, didn´t appear, I found him dead in front of the door where you get ambushed. I like the ambush by the way.

On the final combat, the one that happens on the addons image, the team leader spawned a manhack but it didn´t move.

Also, according to the image, the "bad guys enter trough sliding door when it opens" didn't happen to me.
