reforms you added were better rewarding than the reforms paradox added with the 1.35 xD i think you should update this to 1.35

China will be completely overhauled when 1.35 comes out (if you have been following Dev Diaries). So I do not know yet. They will make it more easy to mod so we will see if it still needs this mod.

The settlers per month bonus on "Establish Colonial Ports" is STILL broken. It gives a local +10 rather than a global +10 so no province ever benefits from it.

I'd suggest toning it down back to +0.05 like the other reforms - especially since 1.33.3 which already grants another 0.05 in the form of "elevate tributary relations"

while I agree with the mandate modifier increases for certain reforms, the one at "establish colonial ports" might be too OP? because it gives a whopping +0.25

Could you remove the +1 colonist and instead boost the bonuses of colonial growth or something, so that unless the AI commits to going colonial ideas they don't begin blobbing too much?

Also, I think there is another bug around religion that has blessings (Tengri, Confucianism & 3 Buddhism). If I switch between these religions, blessings are not removed but stayed from the previous choice.

I have a problem regarding the confusion and buddhism blessings. I see those pinkish square that are slightly off from where the background is. I don't know how to send you a picture that I have in game. Its kind of similar to the bug with Sikh from the early DLC release.

settlers still are not provided. I think the issue is that the settlers are a local bonus and not a global one.

Trials shows that you need a monthly tick to check for the other bonuses before they kick in.

[Establish Colonial Ports] Does not give me a colonist or settlers but does give mandate growth and the extra policy. Could not check tariffs as I don't have a colonial nation in that save.

I don't think that Wei-Suo giving player +discipline make sense since the system is there to fill the army with cheap manpower and the people inside the Wei-Suo unit are prone to desertion from what I read.

I think it would be nice to introduce reform that give some 'negative' buff that will be canceled by later reform to incentive people to change playstyles accordingly. Maybe pair this with some super buff modifier.

Lastly, the mod is great to play, I has a great time playing with it, thank you a lot!
