Excellent, now all that I need is a mod that replaces the Advent with the Rebels, Resistance, or the New Republic.

Hey, I just updated my engineers and scientists by reassigning them and it works, thank you for your quick response and I really apologize for disturbing you while the answer was in the description x(

If it's the engineers and scientists look at the Known Issues section of the description and see if that fixes it.

Hello, the mod is great thank you very much! Could someone please help me? for some unknown reason some crew members don't have the mod outfit and have the default one while I have all the required mods, anyone know why please?

I had to use a modified version of the XG character generator script to get them their hats.
